Is "transphobic" now a word? If so, when did that happen? And what exactly does it mean? Based on its Greek and Latin roots, it should mean fear of crossing, or fear of going beyond. Just like "homophobic" should mean fear of sameness. Somebody should be fixing these poorly-derived neologisms.
